How is a Tiffany stained glass piece made?
For Tiffany stained glass pieces, we use specialist glass. We cut each piece from a sheet of glass, grind the edges with a diamond abrasive and wrap the edges in copper foil. We then solder the pieces on both sides, frame the panel and apply a patina to the seams. The entire process is done by hand, with careful attention to every piece of glass.
How much does a custom stained glass window cost?
Tiffany stained glass starts at €1,000 per m². This starting price applies to a simple piece made of up to 50 basic shapes in 3–5 glass colors.
The price includes materials and labor. The final cost depends on:
• the dimensions of the piece;
• the complexity of the sketch;
• the number, size and shape of the glass pieces;
• the number of glass colors used.
We confirm the final price once the sketch and the full project have been finalised.
