I am Boris Melnikov, the author and creator of all the works you see in this shop.

How did it all begin? To be honest, for most of my life, I was far from the art world, although it had always fascinated me. Born and living in beautiful and ancient Vilnius, and traveling extensively throughout Europe, I would spend hours observing the incredible play of light in the stained glass windows of medieval Gothic cathedrals.

Over time, I noticed that this magic exists not only in sacred places. The wonderful Art Nouveau windows in Barcelona and Brussels and the Art Deco masterpieces in Vienna and Madrid inspired an idea: this stunning interior detail could bring life into our everyday homes as well.

That is how I discovered Louis Comfort Tiffany and his unique stained glass technique. As I began to delve into modern technologies, I realized – this is my calling.

Today, creating stained glass brings me boundless joy. I walk the entire journey myself – from the initial idea to the final touch. And the result is a creation that delights the eye, lifts the spirits, and illuminates our daily lives.
